Responsibilities

• Supervise urbanization construction work, including street layouts, cuts, and fills
• Oversee installation of potable water and sanitary drainage piping
• Maintain records and control of urbanization materials, including reception and distribution
• Review projects contained in CTU for urbanization and equipment
• Prepare construction generators for comparison with preliminary PTTO
• Generate construction programs and update scheduled vs. actual progress
• Ensure execution adheres to authorized project specifications and internal quality/audit guidelines
• Perform formal handover of urbanized lots to the building department using established checklists

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Ability to coordinate diverse teams to achieve common objectives
• Experience ensuring execution programs meet weekly deadlines
• Ability to review progress, quality, and volume reconciliation with contractors for estimate authorization
