Residente de Urbanización

Responsibilities

• Supervise urbanization construction works, including street layouts, earthworks (cuts and fills), and the installation of potable water and sanitary drainage systems.
• Ensure all works are executed according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Manage work programs and track progress, comparing scheduled vs. actual advancement.
• Maintain control and records of materials used in urbanization, including reception and distribution.
• Perform volume reconciliation with contractors to authorize work estimates.
• Prepare work generators for comparison with preliminary budgets and develop construction schedules.
• Execute the formal handover of urbanized lots to the building department using established checklists.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Proven experience in project supervision and construction management.
• Ability to manage work programs and ensure weekly execution milestones are met.
• Skills in contractor management and volume reconciliation.
• Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Ability to coordinate diverse teams to achieve common objectives.

• Experience coordinating the three fundamental pillars of construction: cost, quality, and time.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate tasks and manage resources efficiently.
• Advanced technical proficiency in urbanization and infrastructure projects.
