About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise civil construction processes from layout to roof slab to ensure housing projects meet quality, time, cost, and safety specifications.
- Coordinate project activities, logistics, and execution planning for assigned sites.
- Detect and eliminate failures related to construction quality, budget, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage project documentation, including site logs (bitácoras) and work orders.
- Lead and organize field teams to maximize efficiency and performance.
- Implement socially and environmentally responsible practices (ESR) on-site.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Proven ability to influence, guide, and orient teams toward achieving project goals.
- Strong project organization and management skills.
- Ability to make accurate decisions and develop logical solutions under pressure and constraints.
- Excellent communication skills for expressing ideas effectively in verbal and written formats.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience coordinating construction projects across the three fundamental pillars: cost, quality, and time.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and reach equitable agreements.
- Ability to translate strategic priorities into operational reality and monitor goal progress.
