Responsibilities

• Supervise civil construction processes from layout to roof slab to ensure housing projects meet quality, time, and cost specifications.
• Coordinate project activities and logistics for assigned construction sites.
• Detect and eliminate failures related to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and organize assigned projects through effective execution planning.
• Maintain construction logs and follow customer service protocols.
• Implement socially and environmentally responsible practices (ESR) during site operations.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams toward project goals.
• Proven decision-making ability, especially when working under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex situations.
• Ability to communicate ideas effectively both verbally and in writing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coordinating construction projects across the three fundamental pillars: cost, quality, and time.
• Ability to efficiently allocate resources to achieve concrete objectives.
• Experience in managing work orders and understanding budget structures.
