Responsibilities

• Administer, organize, and supervise the allocation of mobile and fixed equipment and operational personnel during the paving process.
• Coordinate with concrete plants to ensure correct product and service supply.
• Manage operational personnel regarding productivity, discipline, and payroll in compliance with labor laws.
• Supervise the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure safety and order in the work area.
• Monitor raw material consumption and work times to determine production costs.
• Oversee the paving process using key performance indicators and manage inventory variations.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for all equipment.
• Evaluate and approve candidates for roles such as front chiefs and paving operators.
• Manage external providers for raw materials and services.

Requirements

• Technical or professional degree.
• 4 years of experience in production or maintenance within the construction industry.
• Proven experience managing operational and professional personnel.
• Strong knowledge of paving equipment and paving construction processes.
• Knowledge of concrete technology.
• Proficiency in SAP and Windows operating systems.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
