Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the integral preparation of housing units, both interior and exterior, to ensure proper functionality and equipment.
• Manage the use and maintenance of minor equipment and tools on-site to ensure optimal working conditions.
• Implement measures to prevent material waste and manage costs effectively.
• Lead and organize piece-rate personnel (personal de destajo) to foster efficient teamwork.
• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction indices, including NPS and eNPS within the construction scope.
• Ensure compliance with monthly objectives and annual performance goals.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Proven experience in team leadership and managing construction personnel.
• Strong ability to coordinate projects based on time, quality, and cost constraints.
• Deep knowledge of fine finishes (acabados finos).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer orientation and problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in managing large-scale residential housing projects.
• Ability to delegate tasks effectively and manage decision-making processes.
• Proficiency in identifying and resolving technical discrepancies on-site using rigorous logical methods.
