About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the integral preparation of housing units, both interior and exterior, to ensure proper functionality and equipment.
- Oversee the use and maintenance of minor equipment and tools on-site to guarantee optimal working conditions.
- Implement measures to prevent material waste and manage costs effectively.
- Lead and organize piece-rate personnel (personal de destajo) to foster efficient teamwork.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction indices, including NPS and eNPS within the construction scope.
- Ensure compliance with monthly objectives and annual performance goals.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate people, financial capital, and material resources.
- High customer orientation to meet the expectations of internal and external clients.
- Proven problem-solving abilities, including identifying root causes and implementing logical solutions.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build productive teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in coordinating projects across the three fundamental pillars: time, quality, and cost.
- Specialized knowledge in fine finishing details (acabados).
- Ability to delegate tasks and decisions effectively to direct collaborators.
