Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the integral preparation of housing units, both interior and exterior, to ensure proper functionality and equipment.
• Manage the use and maintenance of minor equipment and tools on-site to ensure optimal working conditions.
• Implement measures to prevent material waste and control costs.
• Lead and organize piece-rate personnel (personal de destajo) to foster efficient teamwork.
• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction indices, including NPS and eNPS within the construction scope.
• Ensure compliance with monthly objectives and annual performance cycles.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Proven experience in leadership and managing work teams.
• Strong ability to coordinate projects based on time, quality, and cost.
• Deep knowledge of fine finishes (acabados finos).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to delegate tasks and decisions effectively to direct collaborators.
• Advanced problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify root causes and resolve discrepancies equitably.
• Experience in managing construction site resources and financial capital to maximize efficiency.
