Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the second stage of housing construction, including tile placement, exterior finishes, waterproofing, interior finishes, plastering, flooring, and perimeter construction.
• Ensure quality control by providing approvals (VoBo) on finishes and adhering to strict quality criteria.
• Manage site documentation, including logbooks, piecework audits, and personnel audits.
• Maintain optimal site conditions through order, cleanliness, safety, and the application of 5S methodologies.
• Organize and assign activities chronologically, managing necessary resources and equipment.
• Control piecework progress and generate weekly reports for completed work items.
• Lead and coordinate specialized teams, including tilers, plasterers, waterproofers, and various contractors.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Proven ability to coordinate diverse teams and achieve common objectives in demanding environments.
• Strong planning and organizational skills to meet project timelines and goals.
• Problem-solving expertise with the ability to resolve conflicts and identify root causes of issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing the three fundamental pillars of construction: time, quality, and cost.
• Proficiency in ENKONTROL or similar construction management software.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and foster professional development.
• Ability to translate strategic priorities into operational reality.
