About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead reputation management and resolve resident complaints with empathy
- Manage delinquency notices, financial follow-ups, and insurance compliance
- Organize resident events to build community engagement and support retention
- Oversee leasing workflows and generate lease documents in Entrata
- Provide backup support for sales calls, lead follow-up, and lease execution
- Manage immediate move-ins, inspections, and unit transfers
- Collaborate on local marketing campaigns and social media efforts
- Support the General Manager with performance metrics and operational dashboards
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in property management, leasing, or resident services
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to handle crisis situations and sensitive conversations
- Familiarity with Entrata or similar property management software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
