About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage reception and office duties for the Seniors Living home
- Conduct sales-effective tours for walk-ins and booked appointments
- Maintain office operations including ordering supplies and processing invoices
- Track attendance, process payroll, and post scheduled hours
- Create advertisements or announcements using Canva for Facebook
- Respond to phone and email inquiries
Requirements
- Persuasive marketing and sales experience
- Post-secondary diploma in Office Administration
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with the Retirement Home Act and Residential Tenancies Act
- Extensive computer literacy in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to maintain records, prepare contracts, and complete billing
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an office or care home setting
