About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage reception and office duties for the Seniors Living home
  • Conduct sales-effective tours for walk-ins and booked appointments
  • Maintain office operations including ordering supplies and processing invoices
  • Track attendance, process payroll, and post scheduled hours
  • Create advertisements or announcements using Canva for Facebook
  • Respond to phone and email inquiries

Requirements

  • Persuasive marketing and sales experience
  • Post-secondary diploma in Office Administration
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with the Retirement Home Act and Residential Tenancies Act
  • Extensive computer literacy in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to maintain records, prepare contracts, and complete billing
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in an office or care home setting
