Resident Services

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, families, guests, vendors, and staff
• Coordinate resident services including dry cleaning, grocery delivery, and transportation
• Manage community transportation schedules and chauffeur coordination
• Act as a liaison between the culinary department and guests for meal reservations
• Maintain community security by monitoring resident and guest sign-in/out logs
• Manage incoming mail, packages, and reception area organization
• Conduct welcome introductions for new residents and families

Requirements

• Experience in Concierge, Front Desk, Reception, or customer service roles preferred
• 1-2 years of experience working with seniors preferred
• Ability to use independent judgment and discretion
• Proficiency with standard office equipment and technology (computers, tablets, Word, email)
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to work varied schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays
