About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, families, guests, vendors, and staff
- Coordinate resident services including dry cleaning, grocery delivery, and transportation
- Manage community transportation schedules and chauffeur coordination
- Act as a liaison between the culinary department and guests for meal reservations
- Maintain community security by monitoring resident and guest sign-in/out logs
- Manage incoming mail, packages, and reception area organization
- Conduct welcome introductions for new residents and families
Requirements
- Experience in Concierge, Front Desk, Reception, or customer service roles preferred
- 1-2 years of experience working with seniors preferred
- Ability to use independent judgment and discretion
- Proficiency with standard office equipment and technology (computers, tablets, Word, email)
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to work varied schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays
