Resident Services

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, families, guests, vendors, and staff
• Coordinate personalized services including dry cleaning, grocery delivery, and transportation
• Manage community transportation schedules and liaison with the culinary department for meal reservations
• Welcome new residents and provide information on community concierge services
• Maintain community security by monitoring sign-in/sign-out logs and reception areas
• Handle incoming mail, packages, and phone inquiries efficiently

Requirements

• Experience in concierge or customer service roles preferred
• 1-2 years of experience working with seniors preferred
• Ability to use independent judgment and discretion
• Proficiency with standard office equipment and technology (computers, tablets, Word, email)
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to work varied schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays
