Resident Services

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, families, guests, vendors, and staff
• Provide personalized solutions to customer needs, requests, and concerns
• Manage phone communications, including routing calls and taking detailed messages
• Coordinate resident services such as dry cleaning, grocery delivery, and transportation
• Welcome new residents and families to the community within their first week
• Coordinate the community transportation schedule and monitor sign-up sheets
• Act as a liaison between the culinary department and guest meal reservations
• Maintain community security by monitoring resident and guest sign-in/out logs
• Manage incoming mail and packages

Requirements

• Experience as a Concierge or in a customer service role preferred
• 1-2 years of experience working with seniors preferred
• Ability to use independent judgment and discretion
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with standard office equipment and technology (computers, tablets, Word, email)
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to work varied schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays
