About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for resident inquiries, concerns, and service needs
- Support move-ins, move-outs, and renewals for a seamless resident lifecycle
- Assist in planning, promoting, and executing resident events and community programs
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely work order resolution
- Maintain resident data and service records in property management software
- Support package management, amenity reservations, and front-desk operations
