Resident Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints
• Conduct regular check-ins and build community connections with resource organizations
• Lead resident orientation sessions and familiarize residents with services and policies
• Plan and coordinate routine resident programs, events, and meetings
• Evaluate residents' needs through interviews and surveys to connect them with appropriate services
• Develop strategies to identify and support at-risk residents
• Support leasing staff by conducting tours and explaining lease terms
• Oversee move-in and move-out procedures and documentation
• Guide prospective residents through the application process and eligibility requirements

Requirements

• 1+ years of service coordination and event planning or equivalent experience
• Experience supporting after-school or aftercare programs
• Experience in social services, case management, or human resources
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Windows (Word, Excel), internet, and email
• Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) highly desired
• LIHTC experience highly desired
