Resident Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for residents to address inquiries and resolve complaints
• Coordinate and lead resident programs, social events, and community meetings
• Connect residents to essential services such as financial assistance, healthcare, and housing support
• Develop strategies to identify and support at-risk residents
• Collaborate with local businesses for community sponsorships and partnerships
• Support leasing staff with property tours, lease explanations, and documentation
• Oversee move-in and move-out procedures to ensure smooth transitions
• Maintain compliance with company policies and Fair Housing laws

Requirements

• 1+ years of service coordination and event planning experience
• Experience in social services, case management, or human resources
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in Windows (Word, Excel), internet, and email
• Ability to manage time and set priorities effectively
• Reliable transportation
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is highly desired
• Experience with LIHTC or nonprofit settings is highly desired
