Resident Relations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire resident lease renewal process to maximize retention
• Respond to and resolve resident complaints, service issues, and policy violations
• Support residents during the move-in and move-out processes, including inspections
• Coordinate and plan resident community functions and events
• Assist residents with rent payments, service requests, and parcel deliveries
• Maintain community standards by registering resident vehicles and pets

Requirements

• 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurant)
• Strong background in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Reliable mode of transportation
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
