About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, providing professional and solution-oriented service
- Build strong relationships with residents to understand needs and enhance their living experience
- Guide residents through the lease renewal process and explain available options
- Proactively manage concerns and service issues to improve resident satisfaction and prevent move-outs
- Drive resident retention and renewal performance through consistent follow-up and communication
- Utilize CRM and leasing tools to track resident interactions and manage the renewal pipeline
- Coordinate resident engagement initiatives to create a positive community environment
- Partner with onsite teams to ensure resident concerns are resolved quickly and effectively
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a resident-facing or customer-focused role (property management, hospitality, retail, or service-based sales)
- Proven ability to build relationships and resolve complex issues
- Experience working toward performance goals such as retention, satisfaction, or sales metrics
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple needs and follow through consistently
- Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule (typically Tuesday–Saturday)
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
