Resident Medical Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide medical services to patients both pre- and intra-hospital
• Perform initial patient assessments and triage for urgent or emergency conditions
• Execute life-saving treatments and coordinate with specialist doctors
• Document complete patient medical files and treatment plans in SOAP format
• Monitor patient transportation and evacuation procedures via ambulance
• Provide health examination services and consultations for Medical Check Up (MCU) participants
• Coordinate medical and non-medical services in critical care departments (ICU/ICCU/HCU/NICU/PICU)
• Verify laboratory and diagnostic imaging results

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Medical Profession or General Medicine
• Minimum 1 to 5 years of work experience as a general practitioner depending on specific role requirements
• In-depth understanding of medical procedures, diagnostics, and patient care practices
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills for complex medical issues
• Proficiency in accurate medical documentation and hospital record-keeping standards
• Experience in emergency services or Medical Check Up (MCU) sections preferred
