About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide medical services to patients both pre- and intra-hospital
- Perform initial patient assessments and triage for urgent or emergency conditions
- Execute life-saving procedures and coordinate with specialist doctors
- Document complete patient medical files and treatment plans in SOAP format
- Provide health education and consultation to patients and their families
- Manage medical check-up (MCU) services, including analysis of results and participant consultation
- Coordinate medical services in critical care departments such as ICU, ICCU, HCU, NICU, and PICU
- Monitor patient transportation and evacuation procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Medicine or Medical Profession
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a general practitioner in emergency services (depending on specific track)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital or clinic (preferably in MCU)
- Minimum 5 years of hospital work experience for senior tracks
- In-depth understanding of medical procedures, diagnostics, and patient care practices
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills for complex medical decision-making
- Proficiency in accurate medical documentation and record-keeping standards
