Resident Medical Officer

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient medical conditions, including medical history and physical examinations
• Diagnose and treat various diseases and injuries using medical procedures and diagnostic techniques
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
• Provide life-saving interventions and emergency care in critical situations
• Document patient records, treatment plans, and medical outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and support staff for coordinated patient care
• Educate patients and families regarding medical conditions and post-treatment instructions
• Adhere to the highest standards of ethical behavior, patient confidentiality, and quality care

Requirements

• Bachelor of Medicine or Doctor of Medicine from an accredited institution
• Deep understanding of medical procedures, diagnostics, and patient care practices
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for complex medical decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in high-stress situations
• 1-5 years of experience as a general practitioner in a hospital or clinic
• Proficiency in Indonesian
• Understanding of local healthcare regulations and practices in Banjarmasin, Indonesia
