Resident Medical Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care including physical examinations and diagnostic test interpretation
• Collaborate with attending physicians and nurses for coordinated patient care
• Respond to emergency situations and provide medical interventions
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and patient history
• Supervise and provide guidance to medical students and junior residents
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and educational activities

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited residency program in a relevant medical specialty
• Current and valid medical license to practice
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
