Resident Medical Officer

Responsibilities

• Perform initial patient assessments upon admission using SOAP format
• Execute instructions from specialist doctors or direct supervisors
• Handle life-saving procedures and document them in medical records
• Communicate patient conditions to families and supervisors
• Prepare and double-check medical records, medication doses, and laboratory results
• Verify diagnostic imaging results including Radiology, Ultrasound, and CT Scans
• Implement quality and safety procedures to support hospital goals

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in General Medicine
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in a hospital setting
• In-depth understanding of medical procedures, diagnostics, and patient care
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Proficiency in accurate medical documentation and record-keeping
• Familiarity with hospital protocols and standards
