Resident Medical Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide medical services to patients pre-hospitalization and during hospitalization
• Deliver health education to patients and families to enhance quality of life
• Perform initial patient assessments using SOAP format in Integrated Notes Forms
• Execute instructions from specialist doctors or direct supervisors
• Handle life-saving procedures and document them in medical records
• Communicate patient conditions to families and supervisors
• Prepare and double-check medical records, medication doses, and laboratory/imaging results
• Implement quality and safety procedures to support hospital-wide indicators

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in General Medicine
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in a hospital setting
• In-depth understanding of medical procedures, diagnostics, and patient care practices
• Familiarity with hospital protocols and standards
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills for complex medical issues
• Proficiency in accurate documentation of patient histories and treatment plans
• Compliance with hospital record-keeping standards and legal requirements
