Resident Medical Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide medical services to patients before and during treatment, including health education to patients and families
• Perform initial assessments upon patient admission and document them in Integrated Notes (SOAP format)
• Execute instructions from specialist doctors or direct supervisors according to referral letters
• Perform and document life-saving actions and communicate patient conditions to superiors, patients, and families
• Prepare and verify medical records, including medications, laboratory results, and supporting examinations with clear signatures and timestamps
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety procedures, including participating in training to support hospital and unit indicators

Requirements

• Medical Doctor Professional Education degree
• Understanding of medical procedures, diagnostics, patient care, and hospital protocols
• Analytical and critical thinking skills for handling medical cases and decision-making
• Ability to accurately document medical records according to standards and regulations
• Minimum 2 years of hospital experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
