Resident Medical Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide medical services to patients pre- and intra-hospital
• Conduct initial patient assessments, including diagnosis and physical examinations
• Analyze patient data to prioritize medical needs
• Provide therapy, follow-up care, and life-saving treatments
• Coordinate with specialist doctors as indicated
• Communicate patient conditions and provide health education to families
• Maintain complete and accurate patient medical documentation
• Act as clinical RMO in emergency cases
• Manage patient discharge processes and ambulance transportation monitoring

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree from Medical Profession
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a general practitioner in a hospital or clinic
• In-depth understanding of medical procedures, diagnostics, and patient care
• Familiarity with hospital protocols and standards
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Proficiency in accurate medical documentation and record-keeping
