Resident Medical Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide medical services to patients pre-hospitalization and during hospitalization
• Deliver health education to patients and their families
• Perform initial patient assessments using SOAP format
• Execute instructions from specialist doctors or direct supervisors
• Handle life-saving procedures and document them in medical records
• Prepare and double-check medical records, medication doses, and laboratory results
• Verify diagnostic imaging results
• Implement quality and safety procedures to support hospital goals

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree from Doctor Profession
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in a hospital
• In-depth understanding of medical procedures, diagnostics, and patient care
• Familiarity with hospital protocols and standards
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Proficiency in accurate medical documentation and record-keeping
