Resident Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day resident relations and partner with cross-functional colleagues to ensure a positive experience
• Manage analysis, processing, and reconciliation of all housing-related resident financial transactions
• Resolve complex or sensitive resident concerns and address community policy noncompliance
• Design and deploy resident engagement campaigns to increase satisfaction and community ranking
• Implement strategies to increase income, decrease expenses, and add community value
• Supervise team members, providing clear expectations, coaching, and performance feedback
• Lead training and development on company culture, business goals, and leasing operations
• Maintain relationships with key partner stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in residential property management
• Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role
• Proven ability to lead service representatives and coach team members
• Experience with data-driven customer loyalty and retention programs
• Proficiency in accounting functions, including managing delinquent accounts and collections
• Ability to interpret and analyze data to drive business strategies
• Computer proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and database software
• Valid driver’s license and use of personal vehicle
• Ability to work weekend and evening hours as needed
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
