Responsibilities

  • Act as a visible point of contact for customers through newsletters, meetings, visits, and open days
  • Ensure residents are aware of works processes and communicate updates or changes
  • Coordinate the handover of keys to site teams
  • Provide high standard customer aftercare and manage expectations between residents, clients, and operations teams

Requirements

  • Experience in a resident liaison or community engagement role, preferably within a contractor or client-side environment
  • Background in planned/reactive maintenance or asset management preferred
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage difficult situations with resilience and discretion
  • Valid UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle
