About the role
Responsibilities
- Promote and deliver high standards of customer care for all residents
- Coordinate and attend pre-start meetings to conduct needs assessments and discuss health and safety
- Develop action plans and attend Resident Liaison forums to address resident concerns
- Provide regular written communication, including notices, newsletters, and scope of works
- Maintain property diaries, including photographic records of working areas before work commences
- Resolve escalated complaints and manage the customer care procedure
- Contact residents post-completion to confirm satisfaction and explain defect liability processes
- Monitor and record complaints regarding alleged property damage
Requirements
- Over 2 years of experience in a customer service role or similar
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driving licence
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplined team
- Flexibility to attend evening meetings if required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Retrofit, Housing, or Planned Maintenance
