About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a visible point of contact for customers through newsletters, meetings, visits, and open days
- Ensure residents are aware of works processes and communicate updates or changes
- Coordinate the handover of keys to site teams
- Provide high standard customer aftercare and manage expectations between residents, clients, and operations teams
Requirements
- Experience in a contractor or client-side resident liaison/community engagement role
- Background in planned/reactive maintenance or asset management preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage difficult situations with resilience and discretion
- Full driving licence
