About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a visible point of contact for customers through home visits, newsletters, meetings, and resident open days
  • Ensure residents are aware of work processes and communicate updates or changes
  • Coordinate the handover of keys to site teams
  • Provide high standard customer aftercare and manage expectations between residents, clients, and operations teams

Requirements

  • Experience in a resident liaison or community engagement role, preferably within planned/reactive maintenance or asset management
  • Experience working for a contractor or client-side
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Ability to travel to various sites in London via car or public transport
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Resilience and ability to manage difficult situations
  • Willingness to undergo a DBS check
