About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a visible point of contact for customers through home visits, newsletters, meetings, and resident open days
- Ensure residents are aware of work processes and communicate updates or changes
- Coordinate the handover of keys to site teams
- Provide high standard customer aftercare and manage expectations between residents, clients, and operations teams
Requirements
- Experience in a resident liaison or community engagement role, preferably within planned/reactive maintenance or asset management
- Experience working for a contractor or client-side
- Valid UK driving licence
- Ability to travel to various sites in London via car or public transport
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Resilience and ability to manage difficult situations
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check
