Resident Experience Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Facilitate social activities, games, crafts, cooking, movies, and outings
• Collaborate with the Resident Experience team to develop new program ideas
• Assist in creating and adjusting personalized Resident Experience plans
• Distribute monthly activity calendars to residents
• Engage and encourage resident participation in scheduled events
• Assist residents in transitioning to and from activities
• Document attendance and 1:1 interactions using Lifeloop
• Report resident cognitive or emotional concerns to the Director
• Drive the company van or vehicle for community needs as required

Requirements

• Previous experience in Memory Care
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Comfort driving multi-person transportation vehicles
• 1-2 years of experience working with seniors preferred
• Experience in event planning or activity organization preferred
• Ability to use computers, tablets, and Resident Experience software
• Ability to work varied schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays
