Resident Experience Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Facilitate socials, games, crafts, cooking, movies, outings, and other activities
• Collaborate with the Resident Experience team to develop new program ideas
• Assist in creating and adjusting personalized Resident Experience plans
• Distribute monthly activity calendars to residents
• Engage and encourage resident participation in activities
• Assist in transporting residents to and from activities
• Document attendance and 1:1 interactions using Lifeloop
• Report resident concerns regarding personal, emotional, or cognitive well-being to the Director
• Drive company vehicles for community needs as required

Requirements

• Previous experience in activity organization or event planning preferred
• 1-2 years of experience working with seniors strongly preferred
• Experience in a Memory Care setting strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Proficiency with technology including computers, tablets, and Resident Experience software
• Ability to work varied schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays
