Resident Experience Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Facilitate socials, games, crafts, cooking, movies, outings, and other activities
• Collaborate with the Resident Experience team to implement new program ideas
• Assist in creating and adjusting personalized Resident Experience plans
• Ensure residents receive monthly activity calendars
• Invite and encourage resident participation in activities
• Assist in transporting residents to and from activities
• Use Lifeloop to document attendance and 1:1 interactions
• Report resident cognitive or emotional concerns to the Director
• Drive company vehicles for community needs as required

Requirements

• Previous experience in Memory Care
• 1-2 years of experience working with seniors preferred
• Experience in organizing activities or event planning preferred
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to use computers, tablets, and Resident Experience software
• Ability to work varied schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays
