About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise consultant teams for water distribution construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Ensure safe, on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project delivery
- Verify contract compliance, interpret project drawings/specifications, and provide technical recommendations to clients
- Review and route project deliverables including submittals, RFIs, work plans, and schedules
- Coordinate contractor work activities and chair internal and external project meetings
- Perform Quality Assurance inspections and manage contractor invoice reviews
- Assist in project closeout activities, including processing warranties, O&Ms, punch lists, and final documentation
- Proactively identify and resolve construction issues to prevent delays or rework
Requirements
- BA/BS degree with 6+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency
- Valid Driver License
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) License
- Direct experience in Water Distribution Construction
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
