Resident Engineer - Electrical

Responsibilities

• Define electrical engineering strategies and undertake feasibility works across various project types in the UAE
• Develop technical solutions to complex problems using ingenuity and creativity
• Undertake project documentation reviews and checking in accordance with QA procedures
• Lead the project supervision team and provide line management responsibility
• Ensure Health & Safety is embedded into all work practices in line with company policies
• Manage resource utilization effectively and engage with Complimentary Resource Centers (CRCs) to improve design and review processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field
• Mandatory experience working within the ADDC or AADC domain
• Proven experience as a Resident Engineer Electrical on large infrastructure or construction projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, practices, and local/international construction codes
• Excellent project management, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
