Resident Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot F5 BIG-IP systems, including LTM, GTM/DNS, and ASM/WAF
• Manage and support enterprise-level Cisco routing and switching environments to ensure high availability
• Administer Cisco UC infrastructure, including Cisco Call Manager (CUCM), IP Telephony, and Webex integration
• Monitor and optimize WAN traffic using Riverbed SteelHead appliances
• Act as the dedicated on-site technical point of contact, providing rapid incident response and proactive system health checks

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in network engineering and application delivery
• Strong hands-on experience with F5 BIG-IP (LTM, GTM, and ASM)
• Solid background in Cisco routing and switching
• Practical experience with Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) and Webex administration
• Familiarity with Riverbed WAN optimization solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• F5 certification (e.g., F5-CTS or F5-CSE)
• CCNA or CCNP certification
