Resident Engagement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute monthly resident events and social experiences within property budgets
• Develop monthly social media calendars and create engaging content for residents
• Curate and distribute the monthly resident newsletter
• Serve as the primary point of contact for resident inquiries, conflict management, and maintenance requests
• Manage amenity reservations, including signage, guest lists, and space inspections
• Assist with the lease renewal workflow, including warm calls and pre-negotiations
• Conduct community tours for prospective residents and assist with leasing
• Manage package intake, delivery, and resident notifications
• Maintain cleanliness of leasing offices, lobbies, hallways, and amenity spaces
• Perform daily spot cleaning of vacant homes and assist with apartment turns

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to work with limited direction and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in hospitality, service, or property management
• Experience in event planning
• Experience in social media and content creation
• Experience with YARDI software
