About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome residents and prospects and maintain lobby, café, and common area brand standards
- Promote community events and local vendors, assist with work orders, and coordinate maintenance access
- Manage package intake, scanning, logging, storage, and resident notifications
- Coordinate move-ins, conduct inspections, assist with new resident orientation, and resolve lockout issues
- Maintain building safety and security protocols for visitors, contractors, and deliveries
- Prepare shift reports and communicate resident feedback to property management
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Clear English communication in person, in writing, and by telephone
- Problem-solving ability and guest-service orientation
- Ability to stand frequently and lift up to 30 pounds
