About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome residents and prospects at the welcome desk, lobby, and café areas
- Maintain brand standards in common areas and assist walk-in guests with basic leasing information
- Coordinate move-ins, work orders, and maintenance access; troubleshoot resident issues and lockouts
- Receive, scan, sort, and store incoming packages and notify residents for pickup
- Ensure building safety and security by following protocols for visitors, vendors, and contractors
- Prepare shift reports and relay important information to management and maintenance teams
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English
- Prior experience in guest services, front desk, or a related hospitality area
- Problem-solving ability and a guest-service orientation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Comfortable operating property management and related systems
