About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support HWD by managing Assisted Living team members
  • Schedule Assisted Living team members
  • Participate in Care Plan meetings with families and residents and manage ISP’s as resident needs change
  • Promote all company policies to ensure best care possible
  • Participate in weekly at risk meetings with leadership team
  • Review and implement processes for operational efficiency such as shower and laundry schedules

Requirements

  • HS or GED
  • 3-5+ years caregiver experience preferred
  • Experience in scheduling and communicating with families
  • Basic computer skills and Excel proficiency
  • Ability to remain calm and organized in stressful situations

Preferred Qualifications

  • CNA certification
