About the role
Responsibilities
- Support HWD by managing Assisted Living team members
- Schedule Assisted Living team members
- Participate in Care Plan meetings with families and residents and manage ISP’s as resident needs change
- Promote all company policies to ensure best care possible
- Participate in weekly at risk meetings with leadership team
- Review and implement processes for operational efficiency such as shower and laundry schedules
Requirements
- HS or GED
- 3-5+ years caregiver experience preferred
- Experience in scheduling and communicating with families
- Basic computer skills and Excel proficiency
- Ability to remain calm and organized in stressful situations
Preferred Qualifications
- CNA certification
