About the role
Responsibilities
- Support HWD by managing Assisted Living team members
- Schedule Assisted Living team members
- Participate in Care Plan meetings with families and residents and manage ISP’s as resident needs change
- Promote all company policies by ensuring SLC communities are providing the best care possible for our residents
- Participate in weekly at risk meetings with HWD, ED, MCC/ MCD to ensure leadership team is aware of all resident needs
- Review and implement all necessary processes for optimal operational efficiency such as shower schedules, laundry schedules, and caregiver assignment sheets
Requirements
- HS or GED
- 3-5+ years caregiver experience preferred
- Experience in scheduling and communicating with families
- CNA certification preferred
- Basic computer skills and Excel proficiency
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm and even-tempered in stressful situations
