Resident Bartender

Responsibilities

• Prepare mixes and serve drinks and beverages according to Raffles Hotel Singapore service standards
• Support the Resident Mixologist in providing world-class hospitality
• Ensure operating par stock for OS&E and beverages
• Maintain bar hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with HACCP standards
• Achieve or exceed outlet sales targets and revenue goals
• Deliver personalized guest experiences following Forbes and LQA standards
• Manage costs, expenses, and labor effectively
• Assist in the orientation and training of new colleagues

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant bar experience in a similar high-standing profile
• Strong knowledge of classic and international cocktails and spirits
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic POS management
• Valid National Environment Agency (Singapore) Basic Food Hygiene Handler certification
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
