Resident Associate

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for resident transactions and lease agreements
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents while adhering to fair housing guidelines
• Manage move-in, move-out, and eviction processes including inspections and paperwork
• Perform basic accounting, collections, and tenant ledger maintenance
• Monitor resident compliance with community policies and enforce standards
• Achieve retention goals through lease renewal execution and cross-selling
• Perform administrative duties including data entry, filing, and reporting

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in property management, hospitality, or customer service
• Proven success in customer retention, upselling, or cross-selling
• Experience with collections, evictions, or fee assessments preferred
• Ability to resolve customer complaints using independent judgment
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
• Valid driver’s license and use of personal vehicle required
• Ability to work weekend and evening hours
