Residences Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end resident experience, from move-in coordination to daily engagement and issue resolution
• Lead, coach, and develop the front desk, concierge, and resident services team to maintain 5-star standards
• Handle resident requests, complaints, and escalations with high urgency and professionalism
• Oversee all front-of-house operations, including reception, visitor management, and concierge services
• Manage move-in and move-out processes to ensure a seamless experience for residents and contractors
• Coordinate with FM, housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams to resolve resident-facing issues swiftly
• Design and deliver resident engagement initiatives and community events to elevate the living experience
• Monitor community appearance and common area presentation to uphold brand standards

Requirements

• Proven background in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment
• Extensive experience in front-of-house management
• Full fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Strong team leadership and people development skills
• Demonstrated experience in resident or high-end guest experience management
