Residence Group Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of residence managers/administrators, including goal setting and training
• Monitor team activity and key performance indicators such as occupancy rates
• Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring feedback and maintaining high service standards
• Oversee property maintenance, cleanliness, and repair works
• Act as the primary contact for property syndicates and attend general assemblies
• Drive commercial activity through local partnerships and school outreach to ensure occupancy

Requirements

• Bac to Bac+2 degree
• Professional experience in hospitality or rental management
• Proficiency in reception and customer service techniques
• Driver's license (Permis B) is mandatory
• Ability to travel to Clermont Ferrand at least once a week
• English proficiency is a plus
