Residence Concierge

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist residents and guests with inquiries, service requests, and local area information
• Maintain a professional, organized, and presentable front desk at all times
• Monitor visitor access and enforce building security protocols
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages while coordinating with delivery services
• Work closely with building management, maintenance, housekeeping, and security teams
• Keep accurate records including visitor logs, key logs, service requests, and incident reports
• Support move-in and move-out processes for residents
• Communicate building notices, maintenance schedules, and updates to residents
• Assist in emergencies by following building procedures and guiding residents and emergency personnel

Requirements

• Experience in concierge or guest service roles within a hotel or residential setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, professional, and able to remain calm under pressure
• Proficiency with basic computer systems
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
