Reserve Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain equitable, long-term business relationships with leading influential accounts and outlets in Cape Town.
• Develop and execute joint account plans to deliver brand plans for priority Reserve brands based on consumer segmentation.
• Collaborate with customers to create tailored trade marketing programs, including menus, events, and exclusive visibility.
• Act as an indispensable industry authority and influencer within target outlets.
• Partner with Consumer and Customer Marketing teams to deliver flawless execution of joint Reserve/Account plans.
• Own the total commercial relationship within each outlet, including sales, NSV, and promotional efficiency.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of essential sales experience, preferably within the FMCG or beverage industry.
• Proven expertise in the drinks industry with in-depth category and product knowledge.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of how luxury brands operate in the trade.
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• A 3-year diploma or degree.
• Previous experience in luxury selling (e.g., Super-Premium spirits, premium wine, or high-end F&B).
• Intrinsic knowledge of cocktails.
